On a series of tweets which was directed at Timaya via his twitter handle @timayatimaya, Jabless said that the instrumental (beat) used on Timaya’s song ‘Hallelluyah’ was actually stolen from the track 2 of the album titled I am Me. Though he absolved Timaya of the blame, he however warned that his image might be tarnished along the line. Jabless swore to take the matter to court. In addition, the Port Harcourt born artiste was largely critisized by fans for his irresponsible act of shame in Atlanta. One of Timaya’s fans by the name Shella B. accused the music Star of rape. She claimed that Timaya raped her when he came to Atlanta to perform at a show. Some time later, Timaya revealed online that he never raped the girl though he had what he called consensual sex with her. Following this, Timaya’s fans stormed the social media venting their anger on him for being highly irresponsible. They however were full of pity for his wife, Baby Mama, Barbara who just welcomed their second child.
