Biography of Omotunde Adebowale
Omotunde Adebowale David is a fulfilling Nigerian actress, comedienne, dramatist, TV host and radio presenter. She casts news for Cool FM and Wazobia FM 95.1. She was born on April 27, 1977. The 40 year-old fast-rising superstar is popular as an On-Air personality, thus earning the nickname Lolo. It was confirmed that fans suggested her nicknames and she picked the suitable one (Lolo) for herself.
Though mistaken for Igbo due to her roles and mimicry of various tribal accents, Omotunde hails from Ijebu Igbo, a town in Ogun State. Lolo has a sonorous voice known for eloquent communication on radio and TV shows. In the show, she dramatizes her hilarious nature through stage plays, and movie acts and scenes. Omotunde was initially a trained a lawyer and had practiced for three years. She was also trained at the Federal Radio Corporations. There she was employed on a contract basis spending two years. Controversies: She was once involved in a court issue with her spouse, and this led to a divorce. She is a mother of four, yet her family pictures fails to reveal her husband’s identity. She once discussed her marital predicament with THISDAY Newspaper and stressed that it is meaningless messing her divorced husband on the pages of newspapers. In fact, she explained they still kept in touch.
