D’ Prince’s Biography

 

Synopsis:

Born Charles Enebeli, the popular artiste presently 26 years old was born on 23rd of October, 1983. He hails from Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. D’Prince’s father Collins Enebeli, is a Nollywood actor while his mother is an international business lady by the name Patience Enebeli. D’Prince also known as Omo Oba, is the younger brother of music producer and CEO of Mavin records, Don Jazzy. He was raised in Ajegunle, Lagos where he grew up with his three siblings. Charles was inspired by Fela Anikulapo Kuti and Bob Marley, who were famous musicians of their time. He loves the message passed across by the lyrics of the duo artistes. He started music proper in 2005, under the record label, Mo Hits. He performs in English, Yoruba and Pidgin. He has been nominated and has won many awards.
