Here is how to make Zucchini Swallow
STEP 1: WHAT YOU NEED
– 250 grams zucchini
– 100 ml water
– 2 tablespoons psyllium husk (If you are in Nigeria and don’t know where to get psyllium husk, you can order from @nellies.ng.
STEP 2: WASH AND SLICE THE ZUCCHINI
STEP 3: PLACE ZUCCHINI IN A POT AND POUR IN THE WATER
STEP 4: STEAM FOR 5 MINUTES
STEP 5: BLEND
STEP 6: MAKE SURE YOUR ZUCCHINI IS BLENDED INTO A PUREE
STEP 7: HEAT UP A POT➡POUR IN THE ZUCCHINI PUREE
STEP 8: ADD 2 TABLE SPOONS OF PSYLLIUM HUSK
STEP 9: STIR
STEP 10: STIR AND AND TURN THE HEAT OFF A MINUTE AFTER YOU ADDED THE PSYLLIUM HUSK
YOUR ZUCCHINI SWALLOW IS READY. SERVE WITH ANY SOUP OF YOUR CHOICE
