Muhammad Ali, arguably the greatest boxer of all time passed away at the age of 74 at a Phoenix, Arizona hospital on Friday, June 3,2016.

After a 32-year battle with Parkinson’s disease, Muhammad Ali has passed away at the age of 74. The three-time World Heavyweight Champion boxer died this evening,” says Bob Gunnell, a family spokesman.

In June 1964, Muhammad Ali visited Nigeria on a three-day trip and he returned back in 1979 for the inauguration of President Shehu Shagari.
