The human body works at full steam even while you sleep. After the whole stress of the day, the body feels less pressure and starts to recover and refresh itself before you wake up again. But many don’t know the position you take every night does affect how much you body is able to do.
Studies have shown that sleeping on the left side is the best. Those who tend to “migrate” to the left side of the marital bed are probably happier than their “right” partner. Sleep posture is the most common thing for comfort and many people turn over at night and changing postures.
