Like most popular Yoruba movie stars, Muyiwa Ademola was also reportedly caught in a controversial relationship with a popular actress, Mosun Filani. It was gathered by Nigeriafilms.com that Mosun became well-known in the industry due to the help of Odunlade Adekola who always ensured that the gorgeous artiste got roles in movies produced in Abeokuta where they both reside. However, her fame began to rise and she began to get noticed by the big shots by the movie producers. Soon she fascinated Muyiwa Ademola with whom a new relationship just began. The question then was: whatever happened to her erstwhile lover, Odunlade Adekola? The matter was later settled between the duos as Mosun’s newfound love in Muyiwa nearly crushed their friendship. Similarly, in 2013, the Nigerian movie guru was involved in a fatal accident in which his car somersaulted. Fortunately, he was rushed to a nearby hospital very close to the scene. Not long after, the rumour of Muyiwa’s death had spread like wild fire. When he recovered, he debunked the rumour and declared himself ale and hearty.
